28th Judea Wine Region Festival – Opening Evening

June 4 @ 8:00 pm - 11:30 pm

The 28th Wine Festival of the Judea Wine Region opens on the evening of June 4, 2026, at the spectacular Yad La-Shiryon site in Latrun. This is the premier annual celebration of wine from the Judean Hills and Matte Yehuda region, one of Israel’s most established and celebrated wine-producing areas. The opening evening brings together dozens of wineries from across the Judea wine region for an evening of tastings, live music, and culinary refreshments in the atmospheric grounds of Yad La-Shiryon.

The festival continues throughout the month of June with guided wine tours every Friday across the participating wineries of the region. Tours cost 210 NIS per person and require advance registration. The 28th edition of this beloved festival builds on a quarter-century tradition of celebrating the unique terroir and winemaking heritage of the Judean Hills. Tickets for the opening evening are available in advance through the Matte Yehuda Regional Council’s ticketing platform.
