Chef Dinners at Pelter Winery: A Golan Heights Evening You Will Remember
Twice a month, Pelter Winery opens its doors for an intimate chef dinner that combines seasonal cuisine,
high-altitude wines, and the calm of the northern Golan.
Where Wine, Food and Place Come Together
In Kibbutz Ein Zivan, surrounded by Pelter’s vineyards and open Golan landscapes, the winery hosts a
special chef dinner twice a month on Thursday evenings. This is not a standard tasting. It is a
slow, multi-course meal built around Pelter wines and prepared by a dedicated kitchen team, designed
for people who enjoy taking their time with a glass and a plate.
The atmosphere is relaxed yet focused on detail. Guests are invited to sit, talk, taste and explore
how each wine interacts with the dishes on the table. It is an easy way to experience the character
of the Golan Heights through both food and wine in one evening.
What to Expect from the Evening
- A chef-driven menu that changes according to season and available ingredients.
- Thoughtful wine pairings featuring Pelter’s current releases and selected bottles from the cellar.
- An intimate setting at the winery, surrounded by barrels, bottles and the story of the place.
- The chance to discover new wines directly where they are made and ask questions as you taste.
Whether you are a dedicated wine lover or simply looking for a memorable night out in the north,
the dinner is built as a complete experience, not just a quick tasting.
