special chef dinner twice a month on Thursday evenings. This is not a standard tasting. It is a
slow, multi-course meal built around Pelter wines and prepared by a dedicated kitchen team, designed
for people who enjoy taking their time with a glass and a plate.

The atmosphere is relaxed yet focused on detail. Guests are invited to sit, talk, taste and explore
how each wine interacts with the dishes on the table. It is an easy way to experience the character
of the Golan Heights through both food and wine in one evening.

How to Join a Chef Dinner

Chef dinners are held twice a month on Thursdays. Dates are announced in advance,

Private Events and Tastings

In addition to the scheduled chef dinners, Pelter Winery also hosts private events at the winery
and offers private wine tastings and small gatherings for up to about thirty guests at the Pelter
