These Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”) govern your access to and use of the VineIsrael website, applications, and services (collectively, the “Service”). VineIsrael offers a platform where businesses can list their wineries and related services, and individuals can explore these listings, bookmark their favorites, and plan their wine tours. While businesses may be required to pay a fee for certain listing privileges, individuals generally enjoy access to the Service free of charge. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at our sole discretion. If we make changes to these Terms, we will provide notice of such changes, such as by sending an email notification, providing notice through the Service, or updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of these Terms.
