Tishbi runs one of the best-known standing weekend experiences in Israeli wine: a Friday BBQ and tasting at its visitors centre in Binyamina.
A dedicated smoked-meat truck parks at the back of the winery, with outdoor seating under shaded grapevines. Alongside the brisket, the winery runs a guided tasting of six wines paired with Valrhona chocolates - a pairing Tishbi has become known for.

Outdoor seating is largely self-service via QR code, but the wine and chocolate pairing should be booked ahead - it regularly sells out. Confirm exact serving times with the winery when reserving.
