Bahat Winery is a family-owned boutique winery at Kibbutz Ein Zivan in the northern Golan Heights. It was established by Ofer Bahat, an authority in fruit preservation and cooling technology who long dreamed of making his own wines, and who began in humble conditions, working in a simple storeroom near his home with borrowed barrels, pails and equipment. That spirit of passionate determination runs through the winery, and its family character ensures every wine reflects the personal investment and care of the Bahat family.
