Business Description

About Ein Teina Winery

Ein Teina Winery lies on the slopes of the Golan Heights, among the dramatic landscapes of the volcanic plateau. It takes its name from a natural spring on the property that has watered the land for centuries. The winery was nearly two decades in the planning by its founding family, a long road that reflects their determination to build something authentic and lasting; the site takes in ancient olive groves and fruit trees, making it a living link to the history of the Golan rather than simply a place to make wine.

The Wines

The Golan is one of Israel’s most respected wine regions, and Ein Teina draws on it fully: high elevation, volcanic basalt soils and a cool climate, with wide day-to-night temperature swings that let the grapes ripen slowly and hold their acidity. The wines carry the region’s characteristic freshness, structure and intensity, and the small, family-driven scale means each bottle gets close attention from vine to cellar.

Visiting the Winery

A visit is more than a tasting: guests can explore the old spring, the olive groves and the sweeping Golan landscape, with the founding family’s hospitality making it a personal, welcoming stop in one of Israel’s most geologically striking regions.
