Ginaton Winery is a boutique winery founded in 1998 by two winemakers, Golan and Gilad, at Moshav Ginaton in the central coastal plain, only a few minutes from Ben-Gurion Airport. It is one of the small, independent operations that helped drive the Israeli boutique wine movement from the late 1990s onward.

The winery sources its grapes mainly from respected vineyards in the central Upper Galilee — the villages of Kerem Ben Zimra and Dishon — as well as from Karmei Yosef and other vineyards in the plain west of Jerusalem, drawing on a range of terroirs to build its blends. Its core wines are Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, produced in both kosher and non-kosher bottlings.
