In 1995, we collectively decided to elevate our craft to new heights. The time had come to increase our wine production substantially and commit ourselves wholeheartedly to this noble pursuit. That year, our “winery” proudly presented approximately 5000 bottles, signaling our growing ambition and unwavering dedication.

The scenic slopes of the Efrat settlement witnessed the birth of our vineyards over the ensuing years. Together, hand in hand, we laid the foundations for our new winery at the iconic Gush Etzion junction.
