Jascala Winery is a family boutique winery located in the village of Kfar Jesh in the Upper Galilee. The winery was established in 2003, driven by a genuine love of wine and a desire to create something meaningful from the land. Today, it stands as one of the most charming small wineries in northern Israel, housed in an ancient stone building in the historic heart of the village.

The founding of Jascala Winery began with a single experiment: producing a varietal Cabernet Sauvignon from locally grown grapes. That initial vintage, released in 2005, exceeded all expectations. Its richness, depth of flavor, and distinctive character quickly gained admirers. Consequently, what began as an act of curiosity grew into a serious and dedicated winemaking enterprise.

Wines and Vineyards

Jascala Winery produces approximately 10,000 bottles per year. The team hand-picks the grapes in the early morning hours, when the cool air preserves the freshness and quality of the fruit. Furthermore, all wines are aged in wooden barrels, a process that adds complexity and depth to each label in the portfolio. As a result, the wines carry both the freshness of Upper Galilee terroir and the richness that comes from careful oak maturation.
