Natuf Winery was founded in 1997 by Meir Akel and Ze’ev Tsinmon in Kfar Truman, a small community near the Wadi Natof river valley in central Israel. The winery takes its name from the Natuf stream that winds through the surrounding landscape, a region with deep archaeological significance. Natuf Winery operates on the site of a converted stable and milking room, giving the facility a rustic character that reflects its agricultural roots.
