About Rosa Winery

Rosa Winery is a natural winemaking project founded in 2012 by Yohai Sagi and Eyal Wigdarzon. The two friends began making wine from their shared apartment in Jerusalem’s Nachalat neighbourhood. Their passion for wine and their commitment to natural methods drove the project forward. Over time, Rosa Winery moved through several locations before finding its home in Kfar Menachem.

At Rosa Winery, natural winemaking is not a trend — it is a philosophy. Yohai and Eyal believe in minimal intervention at every stage. As a result, their wines are shaped primarily by the grapes themselves and the conditions of each harvest, rather than by winemaking manipulation or the use of additives.

Wines and Vineyards

Rosa Winery produces a remarkably diverse range of wines. The selection includes red, white, rosé, orange, sparkling, and other styles in limited editions.
