He trained in Burgundy at the renowned Domaine Jacques Prieur, specializing in white wine production. Furthermore, he pursued additional studies in sparkling wine production in the Champagne region. Consequently, Doron brings one of the most rigorous French winemaking educations of any Israeli winemaker to Sphera. Sima Rav Houn oversees all winery activities and guides the development of the Sphera brand. Together, they have built a winery with a clear and coherent identity.
