Business Description

About Srigim Winery

Srigim Winery is a boutique producer in Moshav Srigim, near Britannia Park in the Elah Valley. It was founded by two friends, Moti Mordechai and Uriel Harari, who share a love of wine and a strong connection to the Judean Hills, with the aim of making wines that genuinely express the surrounding terroir. The vineyards grow at the foot of Mount Kitron, where mineral-rich soil and a marked day-to-night temperature swing let the grapes ripen slowly and build balance.

The Wines

Uriel Harari makes the wines and keeps a close, hands-on watch on the estate vineyard through the season, timing the harvest precisely and selecting only the best fruit. The mineral soils of the Elah Valley foothills, warm days and cool nights come through in wines of natural balance and intensity, and the winery farms sustainably with the long-term health of the land in mind.

Visiting the Winery

Srigim welcomes visitors to the quiet beauty of the Elah Valley, with the moshav and nearby Britannia Park as a backdrop, and Moti and Uriel share the winery’s story with real warmth. It is a rewarding, authentic boutique stop in the Judean Hills.
