Zafaririm Winery is a charming boutique winery situated between the Elah Valley and the Yehuda Mountains, in Moshav Zafaririm. Our journey began in 2004 when we decided to turn our passion for wine into a reality by establishing the winery on our farm. The transformation of an old chicken coop into a space for cooling, production, and entertainment marked the beginning of our winemaking adventure, surrounded by small vineyards of olives and grapes. Today, our winery proudly produces approximately 8,000 bottles annually, offering a range of wines from Zinfandel to various white and rosé selections.

We believe in creating unique wines that truly reflect the terroir of the Judean Mountains. To achieve this, we rely on quality raw materials, namely local grapes grown in our vineyards. Each step of the winemaking process is carefully executed to ensure the utmost quality and expression of the grapes. We take great pleasure in welcoming visitors to our winery, where we eagerly share our knowledge, sights, aromas, and flavors, along with the joy of crafting our wines. Our tradition and culture emphasize the importance of connection, and we believe that each bottle we produce serves as a bridge between people, bringing them together in celebration and camaraderie.
