Before his foray into the world of winemaking, Eran cultivated his expertise in the field of agriculture. From Vineyard Manager to Trusted Advisor

From 1998 to 2002, Eran served as the vineyard manager overseeing 600 dunams of vineyards in the enchanting Jerusalem Hills and the Adulam region. During this time, his dedication and expertise flourished, leading to his role as a trusted advisor. Boutique wineries across the country sought his guidance and wisdom, turning to him for invaluable insights.

A Dream Unveiled: Nana’s Quest to the Negev Desert

Eran’s lifelong dream was to establish a vineyard in the mystical Negev Desert. As his tenure at the Emek HaEla Winery neared its end, Eran, alongside his beloved wife Shahar, resolved to transform their dream into reality. They bid farewell to the comforts of the country’s central region and, in 2004, while continuing to offer his expertise to various vineyards, Eran embarked on a quest to find the perfect location to plant his own vineyard in the Negev.

Nana Vineyard: Cultivating Excellence in the Negev

In 2007, Eran’s vision took shape as he planted the first vines of the Nana vineyard in the elevated section of the Zin River. With each passing year, additional vineyards were meticulously established in the vicinity, solidifying Eran’s position as the manager of the ambitious vineyard project in Mitzpe Ramon—an expansive area encompassing approximately 450 dunams.
