Moa Winery is a family boutique winery at Kibbutz Tzofar in the Arava, Israel’s southern desert rift valley, with its vineyards planted up in the cooler highlands of Mitzpe Ramon. It embodies the spirit of desert agriculture - ‘local wine that we love to drink’, handcrafted from grapes grown in the clean, dry desert air.

The winery produces Chardonnay, Syrah, Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon, along with a rosé, a white blend called Moa Blanc, and an aperitif named Desert Star. The combination of intense desert sunlight, dramatic day-to-night temperature swings and mineral soils gives the wines real concentration and character.

Moa operates a visitor centre open Sunday - Thursday and Friday, offering tastings, private events and corporate functions, and provides free shipping on orders of six bottles or more. For visiting arrangements and current releases, contact the winery directly.
