Zion Winery carries one of the longest histories in Israeli wine: the Shor family began producing wine in Jerusalem’s Old City in 1848, and the tradition continues today from a modern facility in Ma’ale Adumim, near Jerusalem.

Zion sources grapes from Israel’s most important growing regions, with vineyards on the Golan Heights, in the Galilee and in the Negev all feeding a diverse portfolio that suits every occasion. The Imperial Sauvignon Blanc 2025 earned special recognition at the 2026 Best Value Wine Competition, where, at just 30 shekels, it was named the standout value of the entire event, while the Imperial Rose 2025 placed third in its category.
