Red Poetry Winery sits on Tal Farm near Karmei Yosef, on limestone soil at the foothills of Tel Gezer in the Judean lowlands. It is run by winemaker Dobi Tal together with his son Gaia, who manages the agriculture, under the guiding idea that ‘wine is poetry in a bottle.’

The winery grows its grapes on its own farm using low-yield practices, and every wine is handled manually and aged for a minimum of 18 months in French oak barrels. The wines are non-kosher.

Red Poetry positions itself as a cultural meeting place rather than a commercial tasting room, welcoming visitors on weekends (Friday and Saturday, 10:00–14:00) in an intimate family-salon atmosphere.
