Business Description

Hamasrek Winery is a boutique winery in Moshav Beit Meir, set in the Judean Hills west of Jerusalem. The winery takes its name from nearby Mount Masrek and works with the classic varieties of the region under winemaker Nahum Greengrass.

The winery’s flagship is ‘The King’s Blend’, a distinctive limited-edition blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Zinfandel. The Judean Hills terroir — chalky limestone soils, elevations of 400–900 metres, and a Mediterranean climate moderated by altitude — gives the wines structure, mineral complexity and freshness.

Hamasrek produces kosher wines on a boutique scale. The winery offers visits and tastings by arrangement. For current releases and visiting information, contact the winery directly.
