Abaya Winery is a boutique natural wine producer on a wooded hilltop overlooking Galilean olive groves in northern Israel. Founded in 2006 by Yossi Yodfat, it takes its name from the Abaya ridge that defines this beautiful corner of the Upper Galilee.
