Galileo Winery is a family-run boutique winery founded in 2004 by Gil and Gali Harshkovitz at Kibbutz Dan, in the northern Hula Valley, set scenically alongside a branch of the Dan River. The whole family takes part in winemaking and hospitality.

Producing around 6,000 - 7,000 bottles a year, the winery makes Cabernet Sauvignon and a Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve, Syrah, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, rosé and a blend called Jupiter, using traditional methods and single-vineyard fruit. The wines are sold to private customers and quality restaurants across the Galilee, and have won various competition awards.

Visitors can enjoy tastings in the riverside setting, accompanied by a cheese platter with artisanal cheeses and homemade bread, and the winery hosts periodic events combining wine, food and music. For visiting arrangements and current releases, contact the winery directly.
