About Lotem Winery

Lotem Winery is a certified organic boutique winery located in the Upper Galilee near Mount Miron. Yaniv Kimchi founded the winery in 2002 in the Ma’ale Tzaviya settlement. He set out from the beginning to create a winery built entirely on organic principles. Consequently, Lotem Winery stands among the very few certified organic wineries in Israel. In 2009, the winery relocated to its current home in the Upper Galilee. Furthermore, this move brought Lotem closer to some of the finest organic vineyard land in the country.
