The winery was established by Yosef Saida, a member of a long line of farmers with deep roots in the land. The estate vineyard, known as Kerem Yosef, spans approximately 180 dunams and benefits from an exceptional combination of soil types. Basalt, terra rossa, and chalk layers are found within a single plot, creating a uniquely complex terroir for the vines.
