Ramon Vineyard (Kerem Ramon) is the largest winery in the Negev, founded in 2010 beside Highway 171 near Mitzpe Ramon at around 800 metres above sea level. The estate spans 650 dunams, of which some 450 are planted, and produces hundreds of thousands of bottles, serving as a production home for several Israeli wineries.

The vineyard grows 15 wine-grape varieties — including Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Chardonnay, Gewürztraminer, Sauvignon Blanc, Syrah and Pinot Noir — alongside table grapes. The high desert terroir, with its elevation, intense light and cool nights, gives the wines a distinctive character, and the wines are certified kosher.

The visitor experience is among the most developed in the Negev: a landscaped garden with a cooling pool and shaded seating, wine tastings, vineyard tours with the winery’s founding story, seasonal self-harvest grape-picking, fine dining with local products and family events.
