Recanati Winery, established in 2000 by Lenny Recanati and Uri Shaked, set out with a vision to create exceptional and distinctive Israeli wines. At the helm of the wine production process is head winemaker Kobi Arbiv, who joined the winery in 2006. Arbiv, a self-taught and talented winemaker, has dedicated himself to adapting Mediterranean grape varieties to thrive in the Israeli climate. His winemaking philosophy emphasizes authenticity, aiming to reflect the specific growing area, vineyard, and grape variety in each wine produced.

Recanati Winery prides itself on cultivating vineyards in Israel’s finest growing regions. They carefully nurture unique Mediterranean varieties, including Petit Sirah, Marcellan, Carignan, and local varieties like Maravi, alongside internationally recognized classics such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Sauvignon Blanc, and Chardonnay, among others.

The winery has garnered significant recognition both locally and internationally in recent years, achieving unprecedented success. However, they remain dedicated to progress and continually strive for excellence.
