About Weitzman Winery

Weitzman Winery is a boutique producer founded by Yitzhak Weitzman, whose feel for wine was shaped by a childhood in Morocco. Growing up in a French-influenced setting there, he was around the French community’s wine culture from an early age, with wine a regular presence at the family table. That upbringing left him with the conviction that good wine comes from genuine love and dedication rather than equipment alone, and he brings that personal outlook to every part of the winery.

The Wines

The wines reflect Weitzman’s own standards and vision. The guiding belief is that quality starts with a real passion for the craft, and the winery puts time and care into every stage, from the vineyard through to bottle ageing.
