Dalton Winery is located in the village of Dalton in the Upper Galilee, at an elevation of approximately 900 meters above sea level. The winery takes its name from this historic village, which sits in the mountainous terrain of the Upper Galilee near the city of Safed. The high altitude, cool climate, and rich basalt soils of this region provide ideal conditions for producing wines of freshness, structure, and genuine character.

The winery is led by owner Alex Haroni, winemaker Guy Eshel, and viticulturist Nahum Neve. Together, this team oversees every stage of production, from vineyard management through final blending and bottling.
