At our winery, we specialize in producing white and red wines in limited editions using grapes sourced from vineyards in the desert, particularly in the Mitzpe Ramon area. Situated at an altitude of 800 meters above sea level, our vineyards benefit from the unique desert conditions.

The arid climate of the desert, combined with our meticulous irrigation practices, creates a distinctive environment for grape cultivation. The dramatic temperature variations between day and night, as well as between winter and summer, contribute to the development of complex flavors in the grapes. The intense solar radiation, along with the minerality of the Libyan loess and limestone rocks in the region, further enhance the character of our wines.

To maintain the natural freshness and complexity of the grapes, we adopt a minimal spraying regime. This approach allows the true expression of the desert terroir to shine through in our wines, setting them apart from those produced in other wine regions of Israel. Our wines are known for their quality, accessibility, and delightful taste, offering a unique experience to wine enthusiasts.
