Quality wine begins with the cultivation of quality grapes. While technology and winemaking expertise play crucial roles, they can never replace the significance of excellent raw materials. That is why we dedicate considerable attention to the cultivation of our grapes in the vineyards of the Halla Valley.

The concept of “terroir,” which encompasses the unique growing conditions that influence grape quality, serves as our guiding principle throughout the entire cultivation process. This begins with selecting the optimal geographical location for our vineyards, considering factors such as altitude, soil composition, slope, and sun exposure.

The decision to establish our vineyards in the Elah Valley was not arbitrary. In addition to its breathtaking landscape, this region, often referred to as the “Israeli Tuscany,” has a rich historical tradition of producing high-quality grapes and wines. Archaeological evidence attests to the ancient legacy of winemaking in the area.

At present, we focus on cultivating vineyards with the most successful grape varieties, including Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Shiraz, and notably, Cabernet Franc. The latter variety stands out as it has the potential to distinguish the crops from our region from those in other parts of the country.
