Business Description

Château Remo is a Galilean winery established in 2012 by Remo Ben Shoshan at Kibbutz Hosen, in the highlands where the Upper Galilee meets the Golan, at elevations above 750 metres. It produces around 50,000 bottles a year, specialising in red blends built on Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Shiraz and Petit Verdot.

The winery combines traditional Jewish winemaking methods with modern technology, and its wines carry Badatz Mehadrin kosher certification under Rabbi Avraham Rubin. The high-elevation terroir of cool nights and mineral soils gives the wines structure and depth.
