Flam Winery was established in 1998 in the Judean Mountains by founder Israel Flam, a winemaker with a lifelong passion for the land and the vine. From the outset, the winery committed to crafting wines that express the unique terroir of the Judean Mountains with elegance and precision. Today, Flam is recognized as one of the leading boutique wineries in Israel, with a consistent track record of quality spanning more than 25 years.

The Flam family manages every aspect of the winery with hands-on care and attention. This intimate involvement allows the team to maintain the exacting standards that have defined Flam wines since the first vintage. Wines and Vineyards

Flam Winery sources grapes from carefully selected vineyards in some of the Judean Mountains’ finest growing sites, including Ashtaol, Givat Yeshayahu, and Ibn Sapir. These locations share the characteristic qualities of the Judean Hills terroir: limestone soils, significant diurnal temperature variation, and excellent sun exposure. As a result, the grapes develop with the natural balance and complexity that define the Flam style.
