Gustavo & Jo Winery is a boutique winery in Kfar Vradim, in the hills of the Upper Galilee, led by its chief winemaker Gustavo. The operation is built around organic processes and a strong connection to the produce of Gustavo’s own garden.

Beyond wine, the family business has branched into a range of artisanal and health-focused products — including herbal extracts and spices, black garlic, and other small-batch goods — reflecting a hands-on, experimental philosophy. At its heart, though, it remains a family winery that invites customers to ‘join the family’ with personal service.
