Kella David Winery is a boutique winery in Givat Yeshayahu, in the Judean Foothills near the Ella Valley. Owned by Dr. Amos Barzilay, the winery is named as a tribute to King David and holds a distinctive position in Israeli wine: it is the only Israeli winery that has chosen to produce white wines exclusively — a more demanding craft than red winemaking.

The winery produces around 7,000 bottles a year and is housed in a Tuscan-style building set amidst its vineyards. The Judean Foothills region, with its calcareous soils and Mediterranean climate moderated by elevation, has become an increasingly respected sub-region of Israeli wine.
