Business Description

Pauker Winery is a family boutique winery in the western Negev. It was established by the children and grandchildren of Gideon Pauker, who was murdered in the October 7, 2023 attack — a project born of loss that has become a tribute to him and to the family’s bond with the land.

The winery grows local Negev grapes and makes wines that, in the family’s words, tell a story of deep roots, love of the land and a future full of life. The desert terroir — intense sun, cool nights and mineral soils — gives the wines real concentration and character.
