Peer Winery is a boutique winery in Moshav Tal Shahar, in the Judean Foothills near the Soreq Valley. Established in 2014 by brothers Shlomo and Yair Ein, it continues a family agricultural legacy begun by their parents Victor and Eliza Ein in 1964, and takes inspiration from the ancient Jewish settlement of ‘Beit Paar’ that once stood in the area.

The winery’s motto - ‘Adam. Adama. Yayin’ (Man. Earth. Wine) - reflects its deep connection to the land. Producing around 10,000 bottles a year, Peer is known for its creativity: alongside classic reds and whites it makes orange wines using red-wine techniques, a single-varietal ‘Artist Series’, and inventive blends.

The winery operates a kosher wine school and hosts events for up to 120 guests, making it a lively destination for wine education and tasting in the Judean Foothills. For visiting arrangements and current releases, contact the winery directly.
