About Psagot Winery

Psagot Winery was established in 2003 in the rocky hills of the Binyamin region, a landscape that has supported winemaking for thousands of years and was renowned in antiquity for the quality of its grapes. It has grown steadily ever since and now produces more than 750,000 bottles a year, making it one of the significant wine producers of the central mountain region, with a broad range of 15 different wines to explore.

The Wines

Psagot’s vineyards grow in the rocky limestone soils of the Binyamin hills, a terroir long proven for premium grapes; the elevated terrain and Mediterranean climate give wines with good structure, natural freshness and expressive character. The line of 15 wines reflects both the diversity of the local terroir and the ambition of the team, and the quality that has guided the winery since 2003 shows in the international recognition the wines have earned, and in the steady growth of a following at home and abroad.
