The Wines of Razi’el Winery

Razi’el Winery produces a small but remarkable range. The flagship red is a Rhône-inspired blend of Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre, and Carignan. It ages for 18 months in French oak barrels. In addition, the Blanc of Roussanne and Viognier ages eight months in old barrels. This white wine has drawn considerable attention for its savoury, mineral complexity.

The range also includes a rosé of Mourvèdre, Grenache, and Syrah. Furthermore, Razi’el Winery makes both still and traditional-method sparkling wines from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Few Israeli wineries offer this breadth of variety and experimentation.
