About Shiloh Winery

Shiloh Winery sits in the ancient city of Shiloh, in the hills of Samaria, a site of deep significance in Jewish and biblical history as the place that held the Tabernacle for centuries. The winery draws on that heritage to make wines that speak of the land and its long tie to the vine. Winemaker Amichai Luria has led the team since 2005, building a reputation that has brought gold medals and international recognition and made Shiloh one of the most acclaimed boutique wineries in Israel.

The Wines

Under Luria, Shiloh works with a wide range of grape varieties, reflecting both the diversity of the Samarian terroir and the team’s creativity. The region’s limestone soils and elevated hills give grapes with structure, freshness and complexity, and the commitment to quality shows in the medals and critical praise the wines have earned at top competitions. The range spans single-varietal wines and carefully built blends, and the consistency year after year has made Shiloh a benchmark producer in these hills.

Visiting the Winery

A visit offers award-winning wines in one of the most historically significant places in the land, with the ancient city and its archaeological sites as a backdrop. Guests can taste Luria’s wines and learn about the Samarian terroir, a tasting that doubles as a journey into the deep roots of wine in Israel.

Information last updated: July 26, 2026. Please confirm hours and details directly with the winery before visiting.
