Tzva Winery is an estate winery that exclusively utilizes grapes from the vineyards surrounding the kibbutz. These vineyards, covering approximately 450 dunams, allow for the winemaker’s close involvement, meticulous planning, and careful monitoring of the grapes’ ripening process.

The winery’s journey began in 1996 when the first vines were planted across an area of around 100 dunams in the Terra Rossa soil, which surrounds Kibbutz Tzva—a land rich in the historical legacy of wine production. Nestled amidst ancient rocks, slopes, and terraces, the vineyards thrived.

The vine planting was carried out by the skilled hands of Paul Dove, the winemaker and winery manager. With an intimate understanding of each vine and a deep connection to the vineyards, Paul Dove brings his extensive professional expertise and a unique bond to the winery. His experience adds a special touch to the winemaking process at Tzva Winery.
