Anatot Winery is a small private winery located in Anatot (Almon), in the Benjamin region of the Judean hills just northeast of Jerusalem. Founded in 1998 by Aharon Helfgott and Arnon Erez — who took their winemaking hobby and turned it into a serious craft — it remains under their management today.

The winery takes its name from the ancient biblical town of Anatot, the birthplace of the prophet Jeremiah. Producing only around 10,000 bottles a year, Anatot has earned a strong reputation among wine tasters and collected numerous prestigious awards, a testament to its quality-first, boutique approach.

The Benjamin highlands sit at 700–900 metres above sea level, with chalky limestone and terra rossa soils and a climate of hot dry summers and cool evenings — conditions well suited to structured, complex wines.
