Tom Winery is a family boutique winery on Givat Arnon at Itamar, in the Samaria (Shomron) mountains, working 14 dunams of terra rossa soil on a hillside. Run on a ‘from soil to bottle’ philosophy, it emphasises sustainable agriculture, deliberately low yields and premium quality.

The estate grows Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah and Cabernet Franc, producing varietal wines and blends such as its ‘Aroma’ red blend and a ‘Lebanon’ white blend. The wines are fully kosher, including Passover certification under OU-P and Badatz supervision.

The winery has collected numerous international awards — Terravino medals and Ashkelon gold medals across 2021–2025 among them — and has been recognised as one of Israel’s finest boutique wineries.
