Kitron Winery is a family-owned boutique winery in Hoshaya, in the Lower Galilee’s Jezreel Valley. It takes a distinctive hybrid approach to winemaking, combining traditional craft — small-plot viticulture, hand-harvesting and ageing in French oak — with modern, gravity-based production technology, and a maturation process that runs to about five years.

The winery’s wines are kosher for Passover under the certification of the Jezreel Valley Regional Council. Guided tours are led by family members and include tastings and an explanation of the winery’s methods and the history of the area.

Kitron also hosts weddings, bar and bat mitzvahs, birthdays, corporate events and family celebrations on-site, set against the Galilean landscape. The winery is open Sunday–Thursday and Friday mornings. For bookings and current releases, contact the winery directly.
