About Dadah Winery

Dadah Winery is a boutique winery founded in 2007 in Kerem Maharal, in the Carmel foothills of northern Israel. From its first vintage it set out to make wines with a distinctive personality, full-bodied, round on the palate and marked by warmth and spice. Head winemaker Jackie Hazan has shaped the winery’s identity from the beginning and remains the creative force behind every bottle, approaching winemaking as both a craft and an art and treating each vintage as a new story, so the wines reflect not only the growing season but the intentions behind their creation, a personal dimension that sets them apart from more formulaic producers.

The Wines

Dadah sources its grapes from vineyards in the Carmel region, a warm coastal mountain setting that lends itself to the rich, full-bodied style the winery is known for. The range includes established signature wines alongside new bottlings introduced each season, every one bearing the unmistakable imprint of Jackie Hazan’s vision.
