About Har Bracha Winery

Har Bracha Winery sits on the slopes of Mount Bracha, part of the Mount Gerizim massif in Samaria. Founder Nir Levi chose the site for its remarkable mix of biblical landscape and Mediterranean character: from the upper terraces the view stretches east to the Jordan Valley and the Gilead Mountains and west toward the Mediterranean, so the elevation is not just a geographic detail but a defining element of the terroir. The winery was established in 2007 as demand grew for grapes from the Levi family vineyards, and every member of the family takes part in vineyard management and winemaking, making it a genuinely family-run enterprise from vine to bottle.

The Wines

Har Bracha produces close to 50,000 bottles a year, all made under direct family supervision. The vineyards grow in Nachalat Ephraim, the ancestral heartland of the central mountain region, where warm days and cold nights create ideal ripening conditions, giving wines with natural sweetness and firm acidity in equal measure. The team works to express the terroir of these elevated Samarian vineyards, with the altitude and mountain air shaping a distinctive fruit profile and the limestone soils of Mount Bracha adding minerality, earning the winery a name for wines that truly reflect their origin.
