About Sadot Winery

Sadot is an estate winery founded in 2012 in the Jezreel Valley, looking out over the fields of Sdot HaEmek, a rainwater reservoir and the distant ridge of Mount Carmel. That landscape shapes the wines and the team’s outlook, and as an estate the winery controls every step, from the vineyards to bottling, giving it a producer deeply rooted in its surroundings.

The Wines

Sadot grows Mediterranean varieties suited to the valley’s climate and makes a full spread of styles, reds, whites, roses, a blanc de noirs and a port-style dessert wine. The grapes are picked by hand in the early morning to keep them fresh and out of the day’s heat, and selected wines are aged in oak for extra depth. The winery is kosher, which opens the wines to a broad audience, and it has built a loyal following across Israel.
